Karmacoma.com  is committed to delivering your order with good quality packaging within the given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in a good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only. 

Where is your art sourced from?

Except for our original and authentic Vintage Posters, all our art is designed and executed in-house by Karmacoma's founder Devika Bhagat. We do not feature the work of any other artist.

What is the difference between an Art Print and A Canvas Print?

Art Prints are printed on fine matte finish archival paper and Canvas Prints are printed on fine cotton canvas material. 

What kind of frames and mounts do you offer?

For Art Prints, we offer 1 inch wide frames in 4 finishes - Smooth Matte Black, Smooth Matte White, Faux Light Wood Finish and Faux Dark Wood finish. Art Prints are framed with a 2 inch white or off-white matt.

For Canvas Prints we offer a wood frame mount with a choice of either a natural white wraparound or a black wraparound.

For Posters, we offer 1/2 inch smooth matte finish black frames.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards and netbanking. We also offer COD to most areas within India for a nomianl additional fee of Rs.50. Please check you postal code to see if COD facility is offered in your area.

What do you charge for delivery?

We offer free shipping throughout India. Our prices are all inclusive. There are no separate shipping fees or taxes.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, at this present time, we do not offer shipping outside of India but do check back in a couple of months.

What type of packaging do you use?

Unframed and Unmounted Art Prints, Canvas Prints and Posters are rolled with protective paper and shipped in thick cardboard poster tubes. Framed Prints, Mounted Canvas Prints and Mugs are securely protected within bubble wrap and cardboard and shipped in sturdy cardboard boxes.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

As all items are printed on demand and we at Karmacoma.com do not keep any stock, orders are dispatched within 6-8 working days. Most orders are delivered within 10-12 working days. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.

Will I be able to track my order and shipment?

Yes, you will certainly be able to track your order. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with all the shipping details such as the courier agency and tracking number.

What if the product is received in a damaged condition?

If you think you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at +91 22 40104883 or email us at shop@karmacoma.com mentioning your Order ID. If you are unable to check the product at the time of delivery (though we strongly urge you to do so especially with concern to fragile products), please call and email us with your order id as well as a digital snapshot of the damaged product. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.

Who owns the copyright to your artwork/images?

Karmacoma and the artist own the copyright to all artwork and images on this website. Any unauthorised use by a third party, whether digitally, electronically or physically, is prohibited. If you would like to use any Karmacoma image or art work on your website, motion picture, television program, print advertisement, tv advertisement etc, please contact us for the required permissions/rights.
