Cancellation & Refund Policy

Karmacoma.com believes in helping its customers as far as possible. However, as we do not hold stock and all our items are printed on demand, we have a strict cancellation and return policy.

How do I cancel an order on Karmacoma.com?

As a policy, we accept cancellations only within 24 hours of placing the order. We cannot guarantee a cancellation if the order has been dispatched for printing or has been shipped but we will try to help you out as much as we can.

For outright cancellations by you:

-     If you cancel your order before it has been dispatched for printing or has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount.

If you wish to cancel after your product has shipped:

-    If the product has been shipped, it will be eligible for replacement only in cases where there are defects or damage found with the product. We do not carry out refunds once the order has been shipped.

Refund Policy:

Refunds are carried out only if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of  placing the order. Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of order. 

Return Policy

As mentioned above, we will only accept returns if the product is recieved in a damaged condition.

If you think you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at +91 22 40104883 or email us at shop@karmacoma.com mentioning your Order ID. If, for some reason, you are unable to check the product on delivery (though we strongly urge you to, especially in the case of fragile items), please call us and email us with the Order ID and a digital snapshot of the damaged product. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you at no additional cost. We will also forward details about how to return the damaged product via our courier service at our cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
